I even can't think of nothing positive. The product idea is good if the execution was right

Bad management. The CTO is the only dominant figure in the company. Everyone is afraid of him. He can't manage and is doing a lot of demage by not listening to anyone. No work life balance. The cto suddenly remembers that there is deadline tomorrow so you need to cancel everything you planned and work. And not even thank you after wards. No HR to turn to. If you're a woman in fertility treatments, pregnant or after birth they don't want you. Make you understand that you are a bad employee the second they discover you are on fertility treatments or pregnant. They break the law in every way possible even though you have the law on your side they doesn't care. Starting to build a case against you even though the day before they you abou your fertility treatments there was nothing but good feedback. In general they try to make you leave because they can't fire you. They start treating you bad and give you bad feedback even though the work you do is good and they use every thing you did and present it to costumers . The management doesn't take responsibility for nothing and everything is the fault of the employees even though we all work so hard. It's just an awful place. Bad treatment, bad management and bad vibes.
