Pros

Developers are treated with respect and have a say in the direction of the product. Very close family and creative environment.

Cons

None to mention at this time. Oh yeah, maybe a bigger coffee machine for the peeps.

Pros

The projects that you get to work on here are great and unlike other places I've worked. At IOS they let us have a huge influence on how things are actually produced. They actually listen and allow us to implement newer ideas, technologies, frameworks,etc.. You really have to be comfortable at managing your time and tasks. You'll get multiple tasks and have to figure out how to make them happen which I personally enjoy. I never liked working in "templated" dev environments. Good hours and really open management. Love the pace and the coolest thing I've experienced was when I went to a medical practice and actually saw a physician treating a patient with a module that I personally wrote. That was incredibly rewarding.

Cons

Not easy for junior developers who need a lot of instruction. I've seen some struggle with trying to get their stuff done. A lot of people there to help, but you are held highly accountable.

Pros

The management team is very hands-on and helpful with day-to-day operations as well as setting the overall corporate vision and team goals. I've worked with some of the largest companies in the US as well as tiny start-ups... by far, IOS offers the best of both worlds. * The best of a large corporation: Stability, competitive benefits, room for advancement, an exciting industry, etc. * The best of a small company: Open-door culture, high growth year over year, flexible time-off, good maternity benefits, friendly people and a personal approach to professional development.

Cons

This isn't the place for someone who wants to come to work and "check the box" every day. We are known for challenging our employees to stretch their wings and go outside of their comfort zone.
