Pros

Amazing work flexibility - completely remote with flexible hours. Team is very supportive management team that helps solve problems instead of blaming. Work on real international projects with foreign clients. Hiring process focuses on actual project skills, not just coding tests. Great learning environment for mobile development (Android/iOS)

Cons

Still a growing company, so some processes might be developing

Pros

Been working at Ionio for about a year now as full stack developer and overall its been decent experience. Applied through LinkedIn in August and they called me same day which was pretty quick response. Took couple months to actually start but thats normal I guess. Work hours really depend on whats going on with projects. Some days I work 5-6 hours, sometimes 8 hours, but when theres client feedback or launch happening we might work 12 hours. Its completely project dependent which is both good and bad I suppose. Management wise I used to report to Pinak, initially but now I'm more integrated into project so less micromanaging. I handle client contact and emails myself mostly but we have weekly calls with client on Tuesdays. For critical decisions we discuss together which makes sense.Havent faced any major issues so far, company treats people well from what I can see. International clients are interesting to work with, gives good exposure.

Cons

Culture is okay, I mean its fully remote which has pros and cons. Sometimes feel very lonely working from home all time which is probably biggest downside for me personally. But company is flexible and when theres overtime often gives extra money so compensation is fair.
