Pros

Some good teams. Very few

Cons

Here’s a cleaned-up, professional version of your Glassdoor review in bullet points without the harsh language: ⸻ Cons • Rigid 5-day work-from-office policy with strict 9-hour check-in requirements. Falling short can result in automatic leave deductions. • Lack of proper mentoring, feedback, and PR (peer review) culture. Seniors are often not helpful in guiding junior employees. • Performance review process feels unfair – promotions are rare, ratings are inconsistent, and some managers give biased reviews only to their direct reports. • Leadership often relies on ratings rather than actual contributions, which can lead to dissatisfaction and attrition. • High leadership turnover and frequent architectural changes (every 6 months or so) disrupt long-term projects. After years of effort, some teams still struggle to deliver stable production results. • The operations team lacks technical depth, even on basic concepts, and there is little willingness to improve. • Hiring focus on Tier-2 colleges due to retention issues; Tier-1 graduates often leave within a year. • Workload distribution is highly uneven – some teams have little to no work but are forced to sit idle for hours, while others are overloaded and work Used chatgpt to write better

Pros

Cons

No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
