      Pros

      None but you will get Tshirts, Table tennis/foosball table in office

      Cons

      No work life balance and few of the project like XTP demands you to work 12-13 hours a day. Company policy and culture is not employee friendly. Please join this on your risk as then they don't believe in any improvement even if you suggest. I would suggest if you are grad then you can join for few years but not long term company. All good people leave the company after few years so you are left with politics only.

      Pros

      I get to work from home and have a grand-fathered in unlimited PTO policy. And that's about it.

      Cons

      RUN. This is just a horrible company to work for. Either you are living in constant fear of being fired or you are so overworked you feel like you have to work 60 hours a week just to do the bare minimum. The CEO, Andrea, is just gutting everything, doing mass layoffs over and over again. He has no clear visit for the company, goal posts keep changing, and everyone is setup to fail.
