      Some great people, who very collaborative, clever and helpful work there

      Cons

      They decided to make a lot of staff redundant at short notice, causing everyone a lot of anxiety and stress. It made me lose trust in the company and I felt it was better to leave. They want people to work a lot while at the same time they look for ways to make staff redundant and save costs. The owner does not care for his employees, he is only concerned about the profit he is making from everything and everyone.

      Pros

      I get to work from home and have a grand-fathered in unlimited PTO policy. And that's about it.

      Cons

      RUN. This is just a horrible company to work for. Either you are living in constant fear of being fired or you are so overworked you feel like you have to work 60 hours a week just to do the bare minimum. The CEO, Andrea, is just gutting everything, doing mass layoffs over and over again. He has no clear visit for the company, goal posts keep changing, and everyone is setup to fail.
