Pros

1) Overall work culture is good but personal experiences may vary depending on the team and manager you work with. 2) This is a dream company of many final year students studying in colleges in and around NCR. The starting package is 10-12 Lacs for a freshers. 3) The compensation is generally more than the average market level. 4) The atmosphere is most suitable for people who like to take personal initiatives. 5) The quality of work is generally good but the overall experience may vary depending on the team you join.

Cons

The company is good for the freshers in their initial formative years as it gives them a good starting compensation and also some good learning opportunities. However, in terms of further growth opportunities there are very few. There is no framework or established process for promotions - most of the times it is by random selection. One may find himself stuck at one place after a few years but this can be worked around by switching to another company with desired percentage hike in the already high base package (as I said ION pays pretty well).

Pros

I get to work from home and have a grand-fathered in unlimited PTO policy. And that's about it.

Cons

RUN. This is just a horrible company to work for. Either you are living in constant fear of being fired or you are so overworked you feel like you have to work 60 hours a week just to do the bare minimum. The CEO, Andrea, is just gutting everything, doing mass layoffs over and over again. He has no clear visit for the company, goal posts keep changing, and everyone is setup to fail.
