Pros
- good salary as per market standards (mid tier) - treasury/payment domain is good - work life balance is possible - you are not expected to hog hours just for the sake of it.
Cons
- completely ignorant of their employees satisfaction - hence VERY high attrition - they don't have enough HR's to care about employee well being - very limited visibility about changes and the business - opportunities are given based on favouritism and not talent - Flat hierarchy might sound interesting at first but in a larger organization its a big negative - you get a feeling that you are not growing at all. - they don't spend anything on motivating events, its a big problem with India heads - who only care about events where 90% of the company employees don't participate. - no attractive benefits in comparison
