      It seems the grand plan is to whittle away at the staff numbers in Hong Kong so you will probably never be hired anyway. That's a good thing for you by the way!

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
