      Fear based organisation No respect for team members. Focus on Money than people Nothing to learn if you want to improve. Sucks your energy No team work Focused on reducing people than building quality products Quality is non existent, Mgmt is in there own dream world of what is quality.

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
