Pros

Salary was reasonable for the industry

Cons

Management is non existent and two faced. No clear strategy, well, they will say there is one and talk the talk, but when it comes down to it the strategy is to take as much cash for as little development and client support as possible. Long term client contracts are forced in to provide recurring revenue to borrow against to acquire the next poor technology firm to be consumed and stripped. It’s depressing to have grown a company to such a good level with great client relationships and then watch it stripped and broken down so quickly by the ION machine. Don’t trust a word they say. Bonuses will disappear, so will you when margins in your area inevitably decrease below the hidden line management maintains as your clients leave.

Pros

I get to work from home and have a grand-fathered in unlimited PTO policy. And that's about it.

Cons

RUN. This is just a horrible company to work for. Either you are living in constant fear of being fired or you are so overworked you feel like you have to work 60 hours a week just to do the bare minimum. The CEO, Andrea, is just gutting everything, doing mass layoffs over and over again. He has no clear visit for the company, goal posts keep changing, and everyone is setup to fail.
