Our company before ION acquisition used to be a great company to work for, since then only the good memories left for the employees
Cons
- unrealistic expectations, no real support - no transparency, no visibility, random decision making - a lot of people left the company- no replacement - Carpe diem lifestyle: any day can be your last, you can never know when they are going to fire you out of nowhere - terrible senior management, awful communication (they communicate the opposite of what is happening) - toxic culture- even the best people started to give up their manners
