I dont believe there are any pros other than money ofcourse. I am amazed at its glassdoor rating of mare than 2

There is no direction provided to you. Management would eventually make this company unprofitable and by the time it is realized there would be no coming back. It is still standing because of some good developers that were offered really good money. Its senior management seems to have lost the touch. Its top management does not get to hear from employees directly. Many constraints to your work and I know for sure that some people survive in this organization via buttering their bosses
