Good Benefits, Good Bonuses even in the bad times.
Cons
Have never experienced such blatant nepotism within an organization, to the extent that it is not even hidden. The fact that the company has laid off 60% of its workforce in the last year and not one of the many senior managers children or in-laws that work at the company have been affected, despite the fact that the majority of them seem to offer nothing to the organization is only the tip of the iceberg here.
