Competitive Pay and ability to make 6 figure income. Great benefits. Good work environment. Great investment education that you can use while working there.
Cons
Comp changes every quarter to make it harder to hit targets. Turn over rate on the sales floor is very high. More work and hard work doesn't equal more pay. You can be managed out if you do not have a good quarter in sales. No continued sales training available.
