They do offer great 401k matchingm, health benefits, yearly top sales rep can earn a year end bonus, and no ceiling on compensation for bonus.
Cons
Rapid change. Most of the time it hurts the sales people, even though there is good opportunity to make some good money, it takes a long time to get there.
