Pros
- Amazing perks - Everyone means well. At their core they are great people - Hands on experience with true enterprise software, whether you're building, designing, working with clients or selling to clients, you're working on / with to true enterprise folks.
Cons
- Some team leads lack the listening skills of their employees and don't reflect their employees feelings / ambitions to leadership. - Team leads are more of yes 'men' / 'women' to C Suite making employees feel undervalued by C-Suite and their Team lead - Engineering needs more resources and tools at their disposal to complete tasks in a timely manner (12+hr days consistently) - CS needs to teach their clients how to actually use the platform and fix their own errors. In my opinion, I feel it's not scalable for the team to basically be an extension of their clients - Some team leads spend too much time updating their instagram stories during the work days, which may make other employees feel like there are folks getting special treatment.
