Pros

I joined INTEGRTR as a Software Development Intern in May 2020 and since then the time here has been great. I feel great to have people around me who believe in learn and share and are always up for helping you out in your path. Now Summing up my journey in few brief points. -Work Since joining, I have been working on a domain completely new to me and something I did not have much idea about during my Under-Graduation tenure, to be specific the "Enterprise" based technologies. And if it was not for this internship at INTEGRTR, I would have never stumbled across such a powerful tech. The support and belief that the company has shows surely encourage one to learn more and work in the best capacity and gives you a sense of belief that you are grooming yourself a lot. The flexibility in terms of the working hour is something that increases productivity more. - Colleagues Why colleagues? Confused !!, well at INTEGRTR, we follow a flat hierarchy, though this doesn't mean that we don't have some sort of positions in the company, this simply states a beautiful thing, no matter who and what position you are in, your voice is respected and matters as much as that of any other employee here. Also, the colleagues here are simply awesome, always willing to help and impart their knowledge and learning. -Personal Growth An open environment to discuss your ideas and put forward your thoughts is something you will find here every day. The culmination of all these surely puts you in a great mental and physical workspace to work. This brings in a sense of professionalism and confidence.

Cons

I have no Cons to share.

Pros

Remote Only Supportive Teammates Challenging Tasks

Cons

Unclear expectations from tasks (Task boundaries and expectations won't be defined and you'll be the one who's going to be blamed when feature is not as per what they expected) You'll have to work on things not really related to you, e.g. Backend developer in UX Meetings ??? Too many calls & meetings. Work life balance ain't that great. Hourly task estimations even for full time employees along with daily time sheets. Not so flexible timings as there is very tight coupling between developers and different teams. Cost cutting in terms of number of developers. Unnecessary stress on turning on video during calls and meetings.
