      No training, need to know the basics - such as, taking vitals, getting blood sugars, working the software for pt charts, etc.

      Cons

      Great teamwork and coworkers are usually understanding since this was my first job in a hospital!

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
