      Pros

      Nurses, Doctors, and Staff...... although moral is going down the tubes!

      Cons

      UMMM where do I start? Corporate headquarters- the CEO is empire building and wants to be the next Steve Jobs/Elon! Director of Strategy and Real Estate only hires her friends and covers for them constantly. Director of Real Estate and Construction had zero real estate or construction knowledge. She came from IT and the one before that was a Marketing person.

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
