      Front loaded PTO. Nice when you get called off and still need to get paid.

      Cons

      Called off a lot for low census. Have to float to other floors if your unit is staffed well but others are not.

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
