      Experience with various diagnoses No lift facility (lifts in every room of inpatient floor) Health insurance benefits

      Cons

      Low pay Poor management with high turnover. I had a different manager every year Politics Limited upward advancement unless you're networking through float pool.

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
