      Dedicated staff, good locations, it's healthcare

      Cons

      The whole leadership team has changed and it's not for the betterment of the hospital, community, or patients served. I wish it was focused on doing the right thing rather than the cheapest thing.

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
