Pros
Not many Pro’s under the current leadership, Longevity is no longer viewed important by the current leadership team. Outsourcing is their current model and employees are not treated with the proper respect, many employees were told next week you won’t have a job anymore, with job requirements changing underneath them with little or no warning. Entire teams being told they will have to apply for their jobs and if they don’t get picked they get no severance package. Very poor leadership to treat employees in that way in my opinion. The ability to have a positive impact in a person’s healthcare is a great honor.
Cons
Lack of good leadership, poor treatment of employees. Cost over all other factors such as safety, employee relations.
