Nursing shared governance is not just an idea here. Our system CNO makes sure all voices are heard and has changed this for the better. I wish more bedside nurses would come to the meetings.
Cons
Can’t think of any - lots of leadership changes in trauma and in our leaders - but not all of that is bad. The trauma director would yell at people and act like she owned the place. The mood at my facility has a chance now.

I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.
Cons
understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
