      Pros

      Quick to hire, quick to get rid of you when you've handed in your notice.

      Cons

      The worst place I've ever worked. No freedom. No flexibility. You don't get paid for sick days until you've passed your 1 YEAR probation. (which rarely happens) Management do not care, directors will spend time over 'drama' rather than working. Huge staff turnover problem. People being hired based on friendships rather than skill. Can't wait to see the company get taken over fully by JLL. Just don't work there!

      Pros

      Nothing honestly. Don’t waste your time but if you do decide to work there be sure to look for better jobs to work at. You’ll understand soon.

      Cons

      Bad management, incompetent engineers and project managers. They expect you to know it all when really you don’t know thing because they never throughly train you. Honestly just get some experience under you belt and go. That’s what I was told by another colleag who worked there longer than me
