Cons
Untrained and unprofessional management. If you’re not in the “it” crowd you’re an outcast. Not a culture of inclusiveness, rampant discrimination. Pay is well below market. Producers think AM’s are beneath them, if they come into the office at all it’s only for a couple of hours. If you’re hourly management reprimands you if you don’t clock in/out at your exact working hours. If you’re salary you can come in late/leave early and management doesn’t care. Some departments get to work completely remote, some get to work hybrid, and in some departments some people are allowed to work hybrid but not others.
