Bias management and toxic environment - Accountant INSPRO Insurance Employee Review

Management is biased, unreasonable and heartless. Don't like the culture and environment. Double standard, treatment to different staff is too obvious. Higher increment for favorable staff who bootlick them. Their favourable staff talk bad behind them and among themselves too. A 2-faced and toxic environment indeed.
