Pros

This workplace is great for QA professionals because the relationship with developers is healthy. If you have ambition and a clear career path, you can definitely achieve what you want here.

Cons

Moving from mid-level to senior level is nearly impossible due to budget constraints and a KPI system designed only to meet expectations. Soon you'll notice that your value is indistinguishable from someone who only delivers the bare minimum—the only difference is that you’ll be assigned more work. To put it commonly, there is a reason why in a past 12 months, there are more than 10 developers resigned. This is the chain effects of the client company restructuring their management. When the budget is reduced, The PO is focusing on delivery (advice people to take OT and track your working hours) meanwhile the bottom level employer receives more work but without much appreciation. (Most of the team member only received 0~5% increment last year, 5% is already considered rare and lucky!)
