Pros
Work/Life Balance is great. Much flexibility, although many in INROADS work beyond normal business hours. The mission and our impact is very strong. We are still very relevant. INROADS is a highly recognized name, so affiliation with the organization very valuable.
Cons
Senior leadership operates separately from the rest of the organization. Change is very difficult for INROADS. Most offices are virtual, so most staff work solo in their markets - this will be difficult for those who prefer a team environment. No training or development opportunities for staff whatsoever. Opportunities for advancement are non-existent.
