      Pros

      Si lavora con colleghi molto preparati; tecnologicamente l'istituto è all'avanguardia, un unicum nella pubblica amministrazione. Si lavora, e si lavora bene. 36 ore alla settimana, un discreto welfare, polizza sanitaria così così, ma il più grosso benefit è senza alcun dubbio il mutuo per l'acquisto della prima casa con tasso vantaggiosissimo.

      Cons

      Le possibilità di crescita per chi lavora sul territorio possono apparire inferiori rispetto a chi lavora in sede centrale.

      Pros

      They welcomed me and were very friendly towards myself. Great economic treatment (the best I think in Italian public administration). The institute has a Bar and a Grocery where you can buy good food and beverage at a very cheap price.

      Cons

      I do not see any cons. If in Italy we had had more possibilities to find career opportunities like this, then our problems would have been all definitely fixed.
