Pros
Working at InKompass provided me with a very hands-on, real work projects experience, which from what I know is unheard of for an Intern. I got to work on three projects, simultaneously, over the span of 3 months. All of these projects and their outcomes were used to help progress the company forward, and provided a fresh insight into the industry from a university student who hasn't worked in a major business before.
Cons
I think the length of the internship was a bit too long - 3 months rather than your standard 10 - 12 weeks, but you could barely feel the length when you get along with your colleagues.
