1) INJOY HEALTH is an energetic team with a clear vision dedicated to promote healthy lifestyle through R&D and promotion of natural and high quality health products with high potency. 2) Employer is able to spot employee's strengths and assign duties to them accordingly. 3) I found my own strength can be fully elicit through assigned job. 4) Very fulfilling even just with mere participation in the project.

Personally speaking, truly cannot spot any of cons.

1) You can learn a lot in this startup company. 2) Very flexible working hour. 3) Can be involved in the decision making process.

1) Always make wrong decision, e.g. giving an expired product to customer as gift. 2) The management will constantly ask for your advice then does the opposite of what you told them. 3) The management doesn’t have the skill or professional knowledge in health, they will make things up. 4) The management will keep on changing their decision several times per day. 5) Too much workload, OT is essential.
