      Pros

      The work Culture at INIT is very inviting. There's a relaxed office and the company is small enough to get in contact with just about any coworker you need to talk to. Everyone usually will help if they can help. The Technology is phenomenal.

      Cons

      The company is very small for the amount of business that they process. Everyone is swamped. There's No room for upward mobility and very limited resources. They're heavily dependent on Germany for nearly everything.
