pay was fairly decent as long as you met the requirements, and if you were on top of upper management to not change your pay structure in the middle of the year or implement some new rule out of nowhere. checks came late, wrong, or never at all.
Cons
handful of racist upper management. sexist and discriminatory. unfortunately those are the people you answer to. can't hold a conversation without vulgarity or the slightest shred of decency.
