      Pros

      -awesome work environment with friendly people -a very open and down-to-earth management which is open for feedback -you get to work on different aspects of a project, less specialization -interesting Projects -helpful colleagues and supervisors, who help you grow -very nice location in the heart of Hamburg

      Cons

      -less specialization than in most of the large studios -projects are less "prestige"
