      No Employee no boss policy. All Employees are equal. No burden of Targets. Salary always comes on Time.

      Cons

      Very far from my home. but thats my personal problem. i have nothing to share about cons. Inext provides great work place along with good salaries.

      its was a lot of communication between group members including the boss very understanding when things couldn't get done in time or error came up My boss took responsibility when mistakes came from his end

      Cons

      sometimes it felt like the goal/plan we worked on change too often for very small reasons

      Pros

      Inext provides good learning and working environment. I worked there for approximate 3 years. and it was a great experience for me. I learned technologies like PHP, YII Framework, MySQL.Very Nice trainers. Good, friendly environment. Mr. Manish is very supportive nature.

      Cons

      Early morning shift was an issue for me. i cannot wake at 5 am. otherwise everything was good.
