      Pros

      - Work environment used to be good - Pay was OK, but other companies were higher - They kept bonus and annual increases through COVID and beyond (although annual increases were not in line with inflation)

      Cons

      INEOS Styrolution is undergoing their "Golden Gate" project which essentially means they are gutting out all employees. IT is being slashed and outsourced as much as possible. The owner and CEO are anti-work, and people are leaving in droves. Looks like the multi-billionaire owner needs to buy another football club or racing team.

      Great pay and benefits. Good people.

      Cons

      No investment in the plant. There was too much overtime.
