      Pros

      Ineos is a very social company. The people who work here have a strong drive to tackle challenges but still have time to help others. You will be given a variety of responsibilities and the general way of working is hands-on.

      Cons

      Maybe talking a little bit more openly about salary (Hay levels), but I think this is just not very common in the industry

      Alot of good folks work here.

      Cons

      - Management fails upwards - Management can't be trusted - Knee jerk reactions to everything, without proper planning - Bonus is out the window for the foreseeable future
