Pros
Compensation is unreal, Operators making nearly $300,000 with overtime. Bonus is sometimes 21% (avg 15%), paying out over $40,000 per year. Vacation hours are basic, but sick time is nearly unlimited with no oversight from management.
Cons
Management is very smal minded, only 2-3 of them running the entire site with zero oversight and no outside help. Management too proud to ask for help and fosters one of the worst cultures I have ever worked with. Intimidation, hostile work environment, Law suit waiting to happen. This place is the definition of the "Golden Handcuffs".
