Pros
One day remote per week. Yearly bonuses are great when the entire company is doing well.
Cons
Chaotic. Disorganized leadership from both a site level and corporate level. Asked to do multiple jobs not within your description due to employee attrition and management's refusal/inability to backfill those roles left open. Almost impossible to receive a promotion or salary bump. Bonuses almost nonexistent when even one area of the company is struggling, even if your team/group/country is performing well.
