      Pros

      Good for an beginning a carrer. Good initial salary. Employees are friendly, in geral. Low competition between coworkers.

      Cons

      Constant feeling of being treated as a student or an intern. Micromanagement of the company. Lack of communication. No opportunities to grow the carrer inside the company. For the company, following the labour laws is sometimes "optional".

      Very good installations, with a lot of material available to perform the required tasks.

      The building is a little confusing, it looks like a maze, but after a while, you get used to it.
