They tend to overhire and then fire the lowest performers, which does not give anyone great comfort in the security of their jobs. Tools to learn product and perform well for customers are not readily available.

Challenging work, good compensation, exciting platform, smart people.

A lot of middle management layers and unnecessarily complicated internal processes. Company was recently acquired by Aptean, which is not exactly a 'Con', but it is an unknown.
