Flex time, perfect life/work balance, high qualified management and operational team, high salaries, fun environment, lots of hihg level trainning opportunities.
Cons
Some lack of vision from temporary high management staff, lack of listening opportunities from this group. Still too tied to factory culture, even being an R&D institute. Too dependent on Informatics Law investements.
