My Unfortunate Experience at Incubsence I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience working at Incubsence primarily due to concerns related to our CEO, Diksha Deo. 1. Lack of Positives:** Regrettably, I struggled to identify any substantial pros during my time at the company. 2. Leadership Challenges: Diksha Deo's leadership style is a source of frustration. Her approach often feels authoritative and lacking in empathy, making it difficult for employees to voice concerns or collaborate openly. 3. Attitude and Threats: It's disheartening that Diksha Deo's achievements as a woman entrepreneur seem to overshadow the importance of humility and respectful treatment of employees. Her propensity to issue threats and manipulate situations has created a hostile work environment. 4. Communication Issues:Effective communication is essential in any workplace, but the unclear and threatening communication I've encountered at Iincubsence 6 . If any positive feedback is written in this platform they have surely pressurized employees to write a positive feedback about there company otherwise they will cut their fingers like what shahjahan did after Taj Mahal build .

My Disheartening Experience at Incubsence My time at Incubsence has been a disheartening journey characterized by various challenges, particularly in terms of compensation and top management attitude. 1. Salary Concerns:At Incubsence, it's been a perplexing experience where asking for the salary one rightfully deserves is met with resistance or even threats. A fair and timely compensation should be the foundation of any employment relationship. You just work and don't wait for salary , if you will ask for salary you will be fired or they will give some excuse that you are not performing well . If you beg for salary they say I have experience in this industry I will ruin your career. So without saying anything, you will leave the company ( even not taking experience letter or Resignation mail ) you will be fired by default . 2.Management Attitude: The top management's approach has left me questioning the essence of my association with the company. The evident air of entitlement and indifference to employee concerns has been disheartening. 3.Threats and Career Intimidation: The disconcerting practice of threatening employees who raise concerns about their salary or working conditions is deeply troubling. A healthy work environment should encourage open communication rather than resorting to intimidation. Both the founders are really fake and not trustworthy this is my honest review and experience with this company but you still want to do charity or take experience then it's you choice but surely you will be writing a negative feedback for this organisation one day . For Those people who are freshers or don't have jobs please wait for right moment but don't join then just for job because in the end you will not get the salary so wait for moment or prepare for interview . This is my experience with Company Don' t join this company eventually you will regeret .

Pros

No Prons. Don't join them. NEVER JOIN THEM.

Cons

Warning. Don't even think of joining the company. A big WARNING sign to all the job seekers. 2 Lalas of the company (respected founders) are nothing but people with big mouth who can just keep talking about themselves for hours, days, months. Till date 12 employees joined them. 2 of them were fired for all possible stupid reasons. They were superb employees. 3 left them (resigned) and in return respected founders made sure to make their lives hell. No salary slips , stupid tax deductions even after declaration and no explanation of that. They use rubbish language for employees like l, can't mention here. They give threats to employees every now and then for legal actions. They do completely opposite of what they say. Just in 1 sentence- DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT JOINING THEM. YOU WILL NEVER BE RESPECTED.

Pros

Treat employees with dignity and treat employees like the way you would want employees to treat the Founders. They treat people with humbleness and dignity. Errors are a part of learning that what they believe in and they never scold employees. They even had one employee who was paid in advance as he met with an accident during his time off.

Cons

This one I like sometimes and sometimes I don't. Founders never micromanage and entire senior management has been taught to never micromanage sub-ordinates, since they believe a human being is more productive when she has freedom to work. So may be we can curb some freedom? :)
