A long list of cons, not worth my time. I've already wasted a few precious months in this "Firm", for nothing but negative feedback all the time and absolutely "0" positive reinforcement.
But I might as well mention a few. Might save a soul.
Employees:
People who are strong willed last a few months while others leave (Good decision).
Get ready to work with a few degenerates, especially the 'Digital Strategists'. Their JD is to walk around the office, spreading false rumors, creating a bad image in front of everyone which ultimately ends with someone losing their job and dignity (Not that it matters here).
Getting paid for doing this and always being on the management's good side no matter what, is anyone's dream job.
Kudos for achieving it! We're all so proud of you. Kids will grow up with you as their role models.
Process:
Get ready to adapt to new rules and 'processes' implemented by the so-called 'CEO', which are put into place and soon changed into something else, just like her daily mood swings.
Failing to adhere to these 'rules' will result in salary deductions. That's right, your salary is deducted, not variable pay (Pay which you never get, even though you've fulfilled all criteria enabling you to get incentives), it's your fixed pay that gets deducted!
Salary:
Never on time, just like most of the employees and especially management.
Things are always shady with your salary, because it is handled by a shady person who always resorts to doing shady stuff.
