Too much of torture like it's mentioned in the other posts. Leave policies and increments are not up to the industry standard. There is hardly any increments or incentives. I have heard the company used to be good before the CEO took over. Most of the employees (apart from the bad mouthing Strategist) are fed up of her ways.  There is hardly anyone who have spent more than six months or so in this company. No respect whatsoever. People are treated worse than use-and-throw paper cups.Worst of all, none of your family members or friends are allowed to visit you at office. INHUMAN it is!!
