      Pros

      Work - Life balance, positive environment, decent pay, growth, great benefits, great co workers, you really understand that you're doing your part to save the lives of local patients and that in itself is a reward.

      Cons

      It can get heavy emotionally at times because of patient stories, donor stories but this isn't really a con. Have strength and realize it makes your job that much more important

      Great Medical Insurance premiums , 401k

      Cons

      Turn over is high and anything below Manager you won’t find a happy employee. Work life balance is not an option 24/7 job without the pay, Changes are talked about but never acted on. Never enough equipment or Staff to make it as a successful recruiter, High pressure to collect and recruit with no exceptions to things that are out of your control. To many mangers and not enough staff to complete expectations and managers will not act when needed to make the company a success. The Values are on paper and not acted upon.
