Working at INAMAX was one of the most frustrating and demoralizing experiences of my career. The culture is deeply toxic—driven by poor leadership, erratic decision-making, and a complete lack of psychological safety. They will always have a scapegoat—someone to blame when things go wrong. You may be positioned as the one to “fix it” and feel initially supported, but do not be deceived: the tables will turn on you. We saw it happen again and again. Employees are treated like commodities, squeezed for every ounce of output, then discarded or discredited when it’s convenient. The company clings to an outdated view of leadership and work culture—favoring control, fear, and exploitation over trust, growth, or innovation. They consistently try to avoid paying people what they're worth, while expecting more results, more hours, and more emotional labor. If you value fairness, respect, or a sustainable work environment, this is not the place for you.
