      Pros

      Seeing the participants grow. Random bonuses. Your your own boss for 6 hrs out of the day. Some days it's like you're hanging out with a friend while at work.

      Cons

      No communication with ETS's. They only care about the $$ the participants bring in. Management shows a lot of favoritism.

      Pros

      The flexibility was nice. The participants can make the job fun of a nightmare. Some partipant are more engaging than others

      Cons

      Management blindly will take sides on whomever speaks up first.
